Legal Refund Policy

1. The short version

CutShit is sold and billed through the Microsoft Store, so refunds are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store refund policy. Start with the free trial; if you buy and change your mind, request a refund from your Microsoft account — Microsoft typically grants app refunds within 14 days of purchase.

2. How to request a refund

• Go to account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and sign in with the Microsoft account you bought CutShit with.
• Find your CutShit order, choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and submit.
• Microsoft reviews the request and returns the money to your original payment method.

3. Good to know

• Try before you buy. The Microsoft Store offers a free trial, so you can test CutShit fully before any charge.
• It's a one-time $19.99 purchase — there's no subscription and nothing auto-renews, so there are no recurring charges to cancel.
• Because Microsoft processes the payment, we never see your card details and can't charge or refund your card directly.

4. EU / UK / Australian consumer law

Where local consumer law gives you a longer or stronger right of withdrawal, that right applies, and Microsoft's refund process honours those statutory rights.
